(for some reason, while the beef cuts cook's prefers can be hard to find locally for me, the other meet types rarely are.

The negatives are some of the recipes are super basic in that if youre even slightly familiar with braising and most who cook are whether they call it that or not youve already got a better for instance pot roast recipe than this one which is pretty bland
