It's tastier, and it’s over before it outlasts it's welcome.
The setup takes place on a magical rpg fantasy world. Yui shaw's world is in a never-ending cycle of growth and destruction. Our leading lady is on a mission to defeat the * king and find a permanent solution.
Cons
A hero's journey is a grossly simplified writing structure that literally predates ancient greece, but this is too much. The hero is clever, but nothing that happened really felt believable to me.
Highlights
Quality
Clever sideways solutions to the traditional hero challenges, and the mc's greatest skill is the humble inventory.
Tons of easily recognizeable references to many other games, and genuinely clever at many points.
