If needed you can wear both ear plug and ear muffs at the same time for max protection but then you may not hear your coworkers when they are try to talk to you

Overall a nice set of headphones over time they start to leak a little bit sound wise and the spring plastic cushion that goes over the head rots and cracks as shown in my picture then theyre very uncomfortable to wear

I wear glasses and theres no problem there but theres certainly no adjusting my glasses with the headset on due to the snug fit
