We’re using this in place of polyurethane on our walls, no odor is present and it makes the wood have a nice subtle sheen!
It protects the wood nicely and can prevent splitting.
I don't ever smell it and have been using it for 6 months or so, as we are down to applying it once a month now.
Easy to use and best results for me are when i apply an oil beeswax mix after this oil has soaked in.
