Pros

Use this on a vintage butcher block. Darkened my butcher block counter top. I have several dynastashes that i periodically service with this product, and they all look outstanding.

Cons

Bottle is cheap plastic with very small neck. No way to melt wax so oil and wax blend. I notice this product is mainly mineral oil.
