Pros
Put them on, turned them up and had to immediately reduce the volume on the television (toy family's delight) the fit is comfortable in ear and behind the ear. Carrying case is super cool. Easy to wear and very comfortable.
The battery lasts without problem all day, the sound is audible. Less distortion in sound.
The volume control is easy to use and manageable. My only complaint is that volume controls are hard to work with my large calloused hands because of the size. Help me from getting frustrated with her hearing deficit.
Cons
Very disapointed with the amazon and seller. The buzz, they sound like you are in a cellar. There is constant wind noise literally making it harder to hear ambient sounds.

Dont think this will replace a hearing aid if you have more than minor hearing loss

If you have only slight loss of hearing it might work well for you

I only ordered it to try for myself and if it didnt work give to my brother who is not deaf but has a little trouble hearing
