Overall it’s four stars vs five because it wasn’t packed securely box that held laptop was in much bigger box with no packing materials to keep it from sliding around inside no damage but more care should have been taken and i dislike the preloaded advertisement type apps

Also cannot leave lid closed when connecting to outside monitor with hdmi to vga adapter
