Cons

It is past warranty. Needless to say, hp puts garbage hard drives in their laptops, and i already had to replace it. This product is terrible and hp are liars.

Laptop says 8gb of ram but when is operating only uses 5. It is misleading as this operates in windows 10s mode, not windows 10.

Hp has been contacted and was on hold for hours and disconnected 3 times. Touch panel locks up sporadically as well.
