This laptop lifts me up! This one exceeds my expectations! Good purchase. She loves it and it has been sooo good for her & her schooling!

It's lightweight, good-looking, and the keyboard and touchpad are both large and easy to get comfortable with. The speakers are nice and loud. Not heavy or bulky like other laptops.

Cons

I regret this purchase as it makes my day so stressful because all the malfunctioning that keeps happening. Made no difference. Not happy with the feedback from hp. They will not give me a refund.

No response from seller, after 3 emails. Returning it. I hope the seller contacts me to get this issue fixed.
