This product is original and very nicely packed. Hp customer service is professional and outstanding.
Good battery back up. Rest is just awsome. Go for it with full confidence.
The speed is fire. It works very fast takes only 9 sec to start. No heating issues. For high graphics or heavy games. Processor performance is good.
Cons
Key board is faulty. Not suitable for gaming. Low space.

Writing this review after 2 months of usage office work it able to handle daily office task easily in somedays when i was using this for continuous 10 hrs for a week for office it started to hang a little with some pdf filegaming games having high graphics requirement will crashed but good thing is u can play gta 5 with minimum to no lag if have 3000 more budget u can go for higher variant of same series with better processor to even reduce the lag

One thing i found that at website mentioned that one month free subscription of macfee antivirus after activation but when i activate laptop message displays that your subscription is expired which is disappointed me
