Pros
Microsoft 365, adobe acrobat, and mcafee are pre-loaded. It's lightweight, extremely fast and even comes with an external cd rom drive if you need to copy something to disk. I enjoy watching netflix and youtube instead of the spinning buffer wheel.
It's a large display that's clear with a flawless touch screen enabled. The only drawback is that for the price i expect it to do more like have a touch screen or a fingerprint scanner. It has an hdmi cable port.
I use a couple of different online learning sites for homeschooling. It works with my vinyl decal cutter and does online schooling for my kids. Used for online college classes.

Have not had an issue with this product.
Also no problems with the software set up.
Not nuts about the keboard, but i will get used to it.
I like the product overall, but did not realize that the keyboard does not light up like i first thought.
Price
The price is right and the laptop was easy to set up.
The price is a little on the high side, but well worth it.
Shipping
I like it , it work fast and nice and its not heavy.
It’s not too fast or too slow.

I was not happy that it did not have a dvdrw installed but they included one free

I do not set up one drive because it puts all you info out there on the cloud that is asking for problems so i disabled it
