I am new to windows 11 and trying to learn how to use some things with the laptop, but so far i am happy with the computer.

Only complaint is the power button doesn't have much tactile feel when pushed.

Wifes 2009 pc crashed we ordered online, received monday fast shipping, we did need to contact hp support for assistance in the start up.
Amazon had a better slection and next day delivery.

They need the product # which was on the box, walked us threw it , they also regestered it from our date of purchase for the warranty.
