Pros
Laptop is top in boot speed, multitasking, sound quality, battry life. Amd 3520u is better than an intel i3 10th gen processor. No lagging during any game play. Only problem is its cooling fan is noisy.
This laptop is an absolute *. Overall a good laptop and an all rounder in this price range. Amazon has good exchange in spite of flipkart.
Wonderful experience with immersive sound and wonderful display. Picture and camera quality is great. Superb display. Satisfied with the product.
Cons
The laptop freezes in between meetings and the only way is to do a hard reboot. I am not sure if this is because of the amd processor. Every time you try to share screen and it hangs.
Even their high end products like spectre are garbage. Me, as a customer is clueless. The last customer service with whom i spoke was very rude and arrogant.
Don't buy online hp laptops. This is ridiculous. Didn't expect this from hp, pathetic.
The hp guys and amazon guys both dint mention the price for extended warranty. Hp insists on serial number on the invoice which amazon is not ready to provide.
