Pros
Good product for price 32k. Added an extra 4 gb ram. Working fine with inbuilt win10. Best sound quality. Best ram.
Cons
Too much slow and too much lagging. It gets stuck in simple applications like opening gmail. Service support is also very poor. The system hangs a lot.
Not upto the mark. Very slow laptop. Would not suggest to anyone. Bad service by the laptop and amazon.
