Bought 8gb ram for $23 and replaced it with the current ram and the laptop works great.
Actually bought two during the black friday deals and with tax both came to around $600.
For being the price it is, you get what you pay for.

From my experience i would recommend investing a little bit more money and upgrading the ram to at least 8gb ram and the sdd to 256gb you can find really good options here at amazon or local stores
