Pros
Great laptop and easy setup. Easily hooked up a bluetooth mouse, epson 500 scanner and hp printer. An excellent laptop for the price bracket.
Hp pavilion 17. Runs well. Works well for what i use - adobe creative suite - software that uses a lot of ram. It runs fast, and saves me time.
Cons
All of these laptops have the same glaring issue. And the laptop keeps locking up. If they're still doing it, it's frustrating and illogical.
Contacted them again via email on amazon and did not receive a response. Also contacted them through amazon support and have yet to receive a reply.

Overall i am very happy with the purchase.
Qid=1678103031&sr=8-5&srs=19262744011) which is, i believe, superior to having a backlit kb so i am totally pleased.
I am confused by the ports as i try to figure out which docking station to purchase for chord management.
I think a better job with the start button and caps button could be improved upon.
Price
For what you get the price wasn't too bad compared to other similar models.
Competitiveness
3 fhd ips laptop appears to be a very nice machine (only had it for a couple of weeks).
