The laptop itself is excellent. Not the end of the world but would be nice to get it.

Great keyboard, nice big screen, very light.
My favourite feature are long battery life and fast charging.
Don't worry about "renewed" condition with these guys, you'd never know it wasn't brand new first quality.
I have two young kids and they just needed a good quality chromebook to do some work and view videos on youtube.
Price
Excellent value for my daughter in college.
However, i do appreciate your offer to me for a $20 amazon card for a positive review.
I really really wanted a laptop but thought i couldn’t afford one.

Delivered on time, great product so far.
I saved so much money and bring a prime member no shipping cost.
Packaging/appearance
I can't see the difference between refurbished and new, only the packages box it's.
Competitiveness
Chromebook came as good as brand new!
I love this laptop it is very competitive to other high end laptops especially for the price.

What i dont like is there is no delete button not to be confused with the backspace button

Also there is no caps lock button but there is a way to get it on just would be a lot easier with a caps button
