Cons

Can't get pass the microsoft 365 which for some reason is required to setup hp laptop. Tried to reset, restart, etc. The ms recall feature makes os unusable. Also read that it was made with reconditioned parts.

What was unexpected, was when turned on, it then demanded we pay an additional $399 for software.

Shipping

The first laptop we ordered arrived exactly as scheduled.

Needless to say, that one also arrived on schedule, and when we turned it on, it worked perfectly fine, and so far, no issues!

Sent that one back the next day, and by the end of the day, amazon had already shipped our replacement!
