Cons

It's worth a restocking fee to get rid of this thing. The system is inoperable from the git go. The manufacture warranty was voided.

Amazon needs to update its product description to accurately show the operating system. This computer was sold to me as a 32gb of ram laptop.

Microsoft has made this an incredibly frustrating venture. No firefox or webroot or many other 3rd party programs. Can't get pass the microsoft 365 which for some reason is required to setup hp laptop.

The next morning computer keeps crashing. Tried to reset, restart, etc.

What was unexpected, was when turned on, it then demanded we pay an additional $399 for software.

The price is excellent for the specs

Good price for product, however you have to purchase microsoft suites

The first laptop we ordered arrived exactly as scheduled.

Needless to say, that one also arrived on schedule, and when we turned it on, it worked perfectly fine, and so far, no issues!

I've oly had it a few days and only had time to use it twice, very quickly.

Sent that one back the next day, and by the end of the day, amazon had already shipped our replacement!
