Pros

Having an hp printer and having tried other knockoffs over the years, i now stick to the original and it is great toner for their printers. No spills, no toner inside the printer. The color toner cartridges are genuine hp toners.

Now my copies are beautiful professional quality again and i am very happy with them.

These hp toners are quiet, excellent color.

Leaks, smears, very poor quailty - my copies were an embarrassment.

Non hp toner cartridges made my printer make loud noises and color was not good.

Price

So, here i am, $300 in the hole and having to buy hp ink - which sucks.

Quite frankly, i will be looking to purchase a different printer next time as it costs me $500 for all 4 cartridges when i need new ones.

The toner is so so so expensive.

A full complement of 4 cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) wind up costing $400!

They came over a week before they were supposed to.

Every item was well-packed and ready to be totally used.

I noticed on the box there is middle eastern writing under the part and no other so these were sold incorrectly to me.

I'm trying to get a return but not sure if i will get it since it's outside the window i opened 2 of the 3 boxes.

Competitiveness

The color toner cartridges are genuine hp toner cartridges.

I tried several other knock-off brands which cost much less, but found all of them to produce horrible results.

I accidentally bought a different brand and what a difference, the other brand smeared .

The hp toner is worth the money versus the no-name low-priced toner companies.
