Laptop crashes often. The letters on the keyboard of this laptop are unreadable. Another issue is the sd card receptacle.

Quality
Didn’t expect much from this laptop but i am very pleased with the purchase.
So far i’m very happy with the laptop.
It has a soft film like quality.
Price
I love the ease of using it and the purchase price was not bad either.
The price was reasonable and i lke it to use word and excel.
Competitiveness
I bought this laptop as a replacement for my wife's previous one.
Ordered a different hp that will better serve needs.
Only need this for e-mail, internet shopping, and occasional image work, so the hp reliability is a no-brainer.

One suggestion unless you go into the startup menu and deactivate the mcafee app you will receive many alerts that tries to get you to purchase their software and these popups are all but impossible to work around
