Cons
Microsoft keeps locking my account unless i give them more information. It has to at all times has be plugged in. Also, lags when it's loading screens and applications.
The camera is not good but that’s not a huge deal breaker for me. Zoom is not an app connected to the windows on this computer so you cannot download the app. Not even functional for basic things for a 12 yr old like zoom classes or checking email.

I use it mainly to paint pet portraits and the real color of the pet is far from what this laptops color is
