I am so disappointed with both the seller and amazon when i received a defective item that would not turn. I'm in the middle of tax season and this is absolutely affecting my business and is making me look inept. Sent back to amazon.

If all you do is internet search buy something cheaper.

16 gb ram or 32 gb ram configurations would have cost more money.
