Pros

Process was flawless. Hard drive is at a satisfactory speed for me.

Key pad is large and that's great for me with fat fingers. No problems connecting to internet via wifi hotspot device. Curser is very sensitive so i recommend getting a mouse for less frustration.

Cons

This is the worst laptop i have ever been on. It appears that hp is building obsolescence into their new laptops. I am done with this laptop and bought another one from a different brand.

There is clearly a hardware compatibility issue with this computer. The screen is unusable. Hp says that my warranty does not cover screen issues. Computer is under warranty but no info on how to get the repair done from amazon.

It takes about 25 minutes just to restart it! Even opening up my documents folder takes a really long time. It just slows to a crawl in every function not just the internet.
