Tech support gets a zero not a one because there is no information on how to get it. It is so much slower than my other computer. It freezes up a lot. Unable to reboot and correct problemunable to clear personal data from hard drive.

The touch screen is too sensitive, does not recognize "tapping screen vs scrolling across screen".
It really causes lot's of stress on the port if not careful when moving around.
