Pros
The product fulfills the promises it puts in the description. They never disappoint. After owning this hp for a little while and i love this laptop and it does everything i need it to do and more!
Cons
It's glitchy, it freezes, it has to be shut down multiple times. Trying to set up computer and can't get it past choose privacy setting. Just locks up.

We bought this laptop for the church office and it was a great deal, we are very happy with this purchase.
And it actually looks like it cost more, even if this isn't made to be a gaming device or for more than normal tasks.
The pc itself is good value for the money.
Save the cash and try this laptop out, you will be pleasantly surprised and your bank account will thank you!

This notebook is a steal for the price with an amd ryzen 3 7320u processor that is far faster than the 4-core i3 intel processor.
I could never go over to the dark side aka apple which is a little better than chromebook but i find them both to be beyond frustrating.
There's no charge to switch out of s mode, but you won't be able to turn it back on.

One of the uninformed reviewers commented that this notebook comes with windows 11 34s mode34 and you can only run apps from the windows app store but microsoft does allow you as the owner to switch off 34s mode34 and run in regular windows 11 home version mode
