    You will need to go into your setting and update this laptop once you get it there are a lot of updates and it may take some time depending on your internet speed

    One important thing to note is that this laptop comes with windows 10s activated i had a hard time figuring this out because it did not alert me i only realized after i could not download software from the web

    My dell gave me a notice upon set up that windows 10s was activated

    However this is an easy fix just go into your settings find your windows 10s setting and click the link it will take you to the microsoft store and prompt you to download the free windows 10 version without the s very easy

    Amazon said that the return window was closed and that i had to contact hp support
