The sticker on the monitor says 3ms the box says 1ms and 3ms but also says it may vary

It also looked like it was a thin border but the screen cover goes to the edge not the actual pixels

With hdmi you can get 120hz refresh and with dp you can get 144hz just need to set this on you windows display properties

Games are still playable but it sort of looks like a weak flash grenade went off if you turn quickly in a fps game
