I had no problems and the price was the same as most places.
Buying the toner for me is a necessity, my only complaint is the price.
Great price, re-manufactured toners suck, buy genuine hp.

What is news to me at least is that replacing an hp toner now requires replacing all nonoem toners as a set too at least according to hp support
