Cons

Installed today, print is a dull, faint gray. The pages are hazy (as if the printing material was slipping out when it was not supposed to) the roller has a scratch on it, and leaves a line across all pages. Will not buy from here again.

I use a lot of printing and use the original hp products for my printing materials due to higher quality.

Therefore, it has been determined that cartridge is defected.

Toner is toner but we alway use oem cartridges.

Price

My purchase through amazon was the cheapest i was able to find it.

Buying two at a time can sometimes save money.

It’s costs some bucks but works as advertised.

Our company uses hp cartridges on all printers, price is high.

Was brand new in box, but box did have an older date on it of 12 10 2009.

Competitiveness

I have always found this to be of good quality, and much better than buying a non hp brand refill.

I ordered two off brands, both duds, then decided to get the real thing - totally worth it.

This is the hp brand ink cartridge.
