Cons

Amazon needs to screen the vendors better. What a scam. This item was reworked and not new as advertised.

Bought hp cartridges only and received on 10/8/20 and already printer won’t print stating need new cartridges ink out.

The print coloring is defective. The magenta color in cartridge was dried out. Adjusted printer to do black & white hoping for better results and got the same.
