Cons

The defective ink reads 3/4 full & still only getting pink, not full color. The printer keeps saying to reinstall the cartridge. This is a true defect and i'd like a replacement! I now have to go and purchase another black and color cartridge.

These are not cheap so imagine my frustration and anger. Shame on you for your corporate greed.

There were two used in cartridges open in the bag. No hp box, no protective wrapping on the cartridge and no seals of any kind. I hardly print anything so foe it to last 2 months is not okay. These cartridges are a rip off.
