Pros
Shipped quickly and arrived as described. Works and was delivered the next day. For our business we only use oem and they last and last. They are more expensive but they last twice as long and don't cause errors on the printer.
Cons
Our company usually likes to keep a spare toner, but when it came to installing toner was no good. If a refund or exchange is possible please let me know.
