Quality
I am very satisfied with this product.
Always bought hp ink and am pleased with results.
It is interesting that with the shipment status shown delivered on time, it was actually delivered one day late.
Price
Very pleased how it was new hp product and the price was alot cheaper than going through a store.
This causes leaks and sending the cartridge back is both time wasting and costs too much.
I was able to print 59 pages which is three times more but price is not even double of the none-xl cartridge.
Cheapest price i could find on the net, including costco.

Thanks, it arrived on time and is satisfied with the way things was handled in a prompt manage business and shipping wise.
I was happy to find 920 xl at a great price with free shipping.

It also came in excellent packaging and when installed delivered the expected color quality of an authentic hp product.

It isnt hps fault though i left my printer for a few months ok like 9 before i had to use it again
