Hp has very good support for keeping device up-to-date and diagnosing problems.
The lower weight and thinner case is nice, but you give up the cd/dvd drive, which i miss.
Battery charges up a full 100% and came with power supply.

Great price for a really good machine, am very happy with it so far!

One bad thing it was shipped with fed ex, and they are terrible in my area.
