Cons
It is defective and. Mainly the sound constantly cuts out so you need to either reinstall the drivers or restart the laptop. Ruins the work flow, the video is awful, the games stutter & battery doenst last long at all.
Highlights
Quality
Everything about it is excellent -- the screen is sharp and crisp with a thin bezel and is touch-sensitive, a surprisingly useful feature.
Battery performance and recharge time are impressive.
However, my screen just went blank mysteriously after 5 months and nobody can assist in remedying the problem.
The sharp camera means facial-recognition sign-on works reliably, a convenient feature for those who are, inexplicably, not paranoid.
Price
I paid up for 16gb of ram because you can't have too much ram.
The office-365 subscription service didn't pencil out for me, but if you like to update your software every year or two it's cheaper.
Shipping
I bought this 13-inch at amz because it had everything i needed and it arrived in 10 days.

This laptop is a great laptop for editing photos or videos gaming and graphic designing but i would recommend anyone to buy the hp spectre usbc travel dock because the laptop does come with one usba port and two usbc ports
