Being from the printer manufacturer, it has to work well and does. Recognised by printer as genuine part. Oem consumables at a super price.

Left large horizontal lines half way across and down the length of the paper. Now it appears i can't return it.

Usual hp quality and although expensive, for original toner this was a competitive price.

At fines cheaper to buy these official ink cartridges here than on the official hp website, but without compromised quality.

Needed the reliability and quality of an original hp toner.

However, the price is rather steep, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

But the cost is high, so unclear if real value.

I have never had a problem with original hp cartridges except for the high price.

Past history (20yrs back) taught me not to choose look alike products.
