Pros

I find it to be very nimble for most tasks and totally acceptable for heavier tasks. It's so light, stylish and does everything i need. Well worth it.

Cons

Returned and took weeks to get refund. If you don't mind google knowing all of your search results then this product is fine. Do not buy.

Here are just a few examples of my chromebook's shortcomings. You have to upload and download files between chromebook and onedrive which is total pain. Gamehouse games is not compatible. There is no built-in storage for photos ordatum.

Quality

Love that the speakers are on top, screen quality seems pretty good and love the backlit keyboard.

So far so good, speakers could be a tad louder but i added a bluetooth speaker and all is good

The battery lasted our last 5 hour trip.

This is not a good device for college aged kids.

Price

Pretty nice computer, great for the price, no problems at all.

I don't mind that this new chromebook is a 2020 unit it's a good price and still an upgrade from my 6 year old chrome os.

Shipping

Chromebook arrived on time and was easy to set up.

Packaging/appearance

I guess amazon doesn't actually look at what's in a box before sending.

Only issue is, i bought the white color & was sent a graphite color.

Competitiveness

Far better than previous laptops that i've owned.

I had an acer chromebook previously and in its prime had a much better battery life.
