I suspect that they are used ones as they were not full when installed and printer hardly any pages

Hp also does not allow thirdparty manufacturers to make generic toner for this printer or any of thiers so you either end up performing surgery on the cartridges to reuse the chip on them or you buy from hp for lots of money
