The print quality is excellent, love the copy option & the scan option.
I only marked tech support with 1 star because i have not had to use them so i cannot comment on that aspect of the product.
The very fast duplex print quality is professional.
Price
I like this printer but the price has gone up far too much.
The sleep mode is quiet and saves energy so its overall great but just price.
I would say the price is a little bit high compare to what it can do though.
Shipping
This is a great printer, it's fast and easy to use.
Competitiveness
I would recommend buying from hp pros!
Buy yourself a comparable printer and do not fall into a trap and buying super expensive cartridges.

After 200 pages the motors for the color cartridges started failing requiring a power cycle every time which seemed to have a 5050 chance of clearing the error

I guess this is ultimately a cautionary tale on warehouse ordering online instead of a brickandmortar office store chain that may have been more capable and willing to expedite a replacement

I took a star away because hp companion software is garbage but it always has been so no real surprise there
