Pros

Easy to use, allows you to even print from your mobile device or connect to your laptop or desktop. Hp really pushes it's auto delivery printer cartridges delivery and 6 month trail offer during set up. I'm not sure how many copies the started cartrid... Read More

Cons

Nothing works seamlessly or easily. There is no plugging in option and they warn you against it so you have to use wifi. It is not smart or seamless.

Save your $90 bucks and buy another printer. For example, the ink cartridge has a chip in it that was turned off in err when my wife was discussing not needing to subscribe to regular ink shipments.

Only registered hp accounts are allowed to print from your printer. The printing quality is fine but the set up is cumbersome and if it times out you have to go through the process again to connect to wifi.

Once you buy a new mouse from wearing it out from the million clicks through their menu system that is straight out of the 90s your printer immediately goes offline with a “diagnose and fix’ button.

The fact that it is amazon's choice is laughable. The customer service is horrendous! I always always try to leave a good and fare review, but there is not 1 good thing about this piece of junk except it looks nice.
