Pros
The printer itself is small, print quality is great. Easy setup and quality prints for a reasonable price. The 6 months of ink & paper is a plus.
Cons
The hp insta ink feature negatively impacts setup, functionality, and overall feeling about hp products. This one isn't even usable because it requires the internet for absolutely anything.
Save yourself the money and headache and do not buy this printer. I only wish the deadline had not passed to return it. Buy cheap, suffer the consequences.
If it is not one thing with this moronic setup, it is another. Not only is this a headache to setup, but it's a nighmare to reconnect ever. Phoned a couple times for help but (probably because of hearing loss and lack of knowledge of computer language... Read More

Was surprised to get a notification stating that my printing volume ink usage was higher than normal but that they werent going to adjust my monthly allotment of ink unless i let them know

It would be nice if the driver would knock or ring the bell to alert of a delivery instead of just putting it on the porch
