Pros

The compact size of the printer is exactly what i was looking for. Print quality is good with multiple options. The scanner option is single page feed, but additional pages can be added through the app. Have not yet used the scanner or copier.

To use the scan function, turn the wifi back on. Luckily restarting it seems to solve the issue. Works with or without wifi3. Connect it with the usb-a to usb-b cable.

Cons

The setup experience was beyond horrendous. The smart app is glitchy at best. The functionality is awful.

Tried usb. Updating drivers did nothing. Either i got a lemon or the tech in the printer is simply incompatible with my cable company's router tech. Won't print thru usb from printer, wont wifi print from iphone, and generally hate it now.

Buy backup ink cartridges and a usb-a to usb-b cable. If your router isn't manually switchable or if you're unsure, print out faded gray. It prints fine until i run out of ink.
