The print quality is poor. The printer goes offline often, and it doesn't print well. They claim to only disable the use of any ink cartridges they sent you, but that's a lie. Do better hp.
It always has issues connecting to the hp software. Hp smart app is equally garbage. All it does is run scans on the printer and then throw errors.
Incredibly disappointed. I think that this printer is a waste of money and not authentic to the hp brand. It's not right.
Save your money, time and sanity. Save yourself the heartache and don't buy this. So many hoops to jump through, the ink is expensive.
