It seems to be getting slower each day, battery life is really bad. Haven't been able to contact anyone with issues.

I love hp because the keyboards have bigger keys, and their computers usually have a long lifespan.
Speed is great and i'm loving having lots of space.
Damage product and the other one is not working is really bad and it’s look old too
I have also discovered that on mine, the power button is very fussy and needs to be pressed 6+ times before anything happens.

Overall, this refurbished laptop was very economical, and good value.

It is a refurbished one so not sure how long it will last before issues start popping up but for the amount of money i paid i cant really complain too much

Its not a touch screen not sure why that was listed under the features to rate

However i didnt read the specs and so i didnt realize that it doesnt have dvd player
