Pros

The quality and functionality of this refurb, unit relative to the price proves it to be a crazy-good value. The battery life is typical for a small notebook and it's a relatively new battery. My only complaint is the laptop gets a tad hot.

Still haven't completely changed over, but had the it department do their thing and the tech was impressed with the speed.

Able to execute all reports with the help of this laptop.

I don't recall it indicating that it was touchscreen but it is a touchscreen and that just adds to the product!

Packaging/appearance

Packaging was very professional and clean, would definitely recommend if you need a quick laptop that has great specs.
