The battery is really worn out. The os comes with a dozen of hp drivers missing for critical devices like wifi card. The device turns off approximately every hour or two.

The bad: the bottom left ctrl button on the keyboard was broken, every time i tried to copy and paste i would be left with v.

The good: this laptop is good at a great value.

Amazing value and speed for the money.

A brand new version of what i got retails for around $1100.

This laptop is priced at less than half what a new pavilion or envy will cost.

Shipping

They rapidly rectified the issue in days with just a couple emails.

About day three of no reply from the seller i contacted amazon directly.

I emailed the seller as i was instructed, that was about a week and a half ago and i still haven’t heard anything.

Packaging/appearance

Very nice young lady who issued a new laptop immediately i still don’t understand why the seller never called me back or emailed me.

Competitiveness

Amd has an excellent line of cpus and are comparable to intel's latest generation.

The amd ryzen cpu is more than twice as fast as the machine it replaces.
