I have an extended warrantly that will cover the repair but because of my work cannot afford to be without a computer and the ridiculously small ssd c drive was also driving me nuts so i searched for a new machine that had the kind of storage i need

Keyboard has good tactile response but like other hp laptops i have owned in the past the key caps do not illuminate well at all the letters are so fine that little light passes through more bleeds around the edges that unless you are looking straight down on the keyboard you might as well leave the backlight off because it blinds you otherwise in the dark
