For its price point, i find this monitor to be an exceptional deal. The cheapest of these 34 ultrawide seem to be around $700. Not sure there is really anything that competes with it at this price point.

The stand is totally fine as far as keeping the monitor stable. I definitely wish it had a sturdier base, but it hasn't given me any trouble. It allows for decent tilt.

I doubt this laptop could comfortably run both a 5k and its own screen. The webcam is utterly incompatible with mac computers. The max resolution i can get is 2560x1600.

Hp's advanced haze matte finish also detracts from color quality. It makes things look very uneven and noisy. Hp refused to repair or replace the monitors free of cost.
