Pros

This laptop is the quickest of which i have ever owned. It is a powerhouse with 32 gb ram. It has a 2 tb hard drive.

B&o speakers are nicer than on most laptops. Great sound with headphones connected to the usb-a, usb-c, and headphone ports. Love the touchscreen, but don't use much.

Cons

The laptop has some glitches. Mysteriously the bluetooth is not enabled. If you don't have it plugged in, by no means have the mute button on and try to use the keyboard, because everything locks up and must be hard restarted.
